I'm Jane. When the market shifts (rates, inventory, policy, buyer confidence), most people feel the noise before they understand it. My job is to cut through it and put you on the right side of the decision. Think of me as the buffer between you and a move you'd regret.
With 15+ years helping people buy and sell across Waterloo Region, I've learned to keep a clear head when others fall in love with a listing. Years of owning and operating local properties taught me what actually breaks after the keys change hands. I work with first-time buyers, downsizers, and relocators who want clarity, not sales pressure.
